Sourcing

We source suitable run down properties in strong commuter areas, Our team then gets to work on gaining planning permission or change of use for existing buildings to attract the best possible refinance figure and yield on monthly returns.

Development

We work side by side with our build team to mitigate any issues, we carry out full property inspections to ensure we can solve any future problems, ensuring that we provide a safe and fully certified property for onward sale or rental.

Sympathetic Design

Our team will fit out each property differently. There is no 'one size fits all' mentality. A lot of our investments are period properties which we convert for modern living - our team always look for ways to incorporate the historic elements of the home in order to preserve its character and originality.

Our goal is to provide accommodation that exceeds minimum living standards with minimalistic, clean finishes that attract young professionals giving them a space to work from home in clear head space and live comfortably. We feel this gives us the highest occupancy percentages and less turn over.

This side of our business focuses on blue collar families. We provide robust maintenance free properties that will withstand the pressures of family living, sourced in areas with good schools and walking distance to shops these properties have our lowest turn over of clients.

We are considering Serviced Accommodation as another string to our bow, however with our existing strategy we achieve both short term income and long-term capital gains from our HMOs and Single lets with the refurbishments and resales generating cash flow.
